June 2007 Lexicon: Kelrite

Daniel Walker: This is the famous Attic room of 27 Spruce Street, hidden behind a false wall. We're here to test the mystic properties of a Kelrite crystal.

This type of crystal is only found in the area surrounding Clark County. Notice its unusual shape and how it catches the light from my candle here. Indian legend says that these crystals were actually created by a of prehistoric insect.

Many people believe that meditating on a Kelrite crystal can part the mists of time and reveal the past. Perhaps this is exactly what Ula Starseeker was doing thirty years ago when she entered this room with a piece of Kelrite. She was never seen again: her husband found the room empty... except for a crystal very much like this one.

Perhaps her spirit still lingers here, or perhaps we can make contact with the Double Suicide that occurred here in the 50's, or the cultists that used this house in the 20's.

Hmm... yes, I see the mists of time... I see them parting... I can see the spirits of the past forming--

Cameraman: <camera swings out of focus> Damn, what was that?

DW: Oh, come on! Cut, cut! We'll need to re-shoot that.
