Zooch

Zooch is located near the most southern part of Catob's border with the Wasted Lands, near Horace's Folly. Called the "Library City," Zooch contains more books and scrolls per capita than any other city. Within its walls both Hakutsu University and the Greater College of Catob reside, and compete.

The people of Zooch respect religious studies, but are distainful of religious believers. After the Rain of Screams when it was discovered that there had been no falling feet these feelings intensified, and most of the citizens now view religion as a scam. Despite theis, the city's council has managed to acquire one of the oldest known copies of the Incarnation Prophecies for study.
