This is my translation of a speech given by the man that claimed to be The Incarnation of Uum. He appeared in Matratut immediately before the Razing of the Vontads, claiming to be Uum, born into our world as a mortal. He insisted all countries follow him, or they would suffer. While this thoroughly demonstrates his tyranny it does not establish his immortal lineage.
